Method
STEP 1
Add the milk, frozen berries, peeled banana, raw walnuts and Greek yoghurt to a blender.
STEP 2
Add as much or as little ice as you like and blend all of the ingredients together until it is the desired consistency for you.
STEP 3
Adjust as you wish, for example, add more milk (or water) to make it a more liquid consistency, add more ice to achieve a thicker consistency and add more berries and/or Greek yoghurt as desired.
